TV Rental Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all TV rental services provided within the United Arab Emirates.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Rental Service Our TV rental service is designed for events, exhibitions, offices, hotels, meetings, and temporary installations. All equipment provided is fully tested and delivered in proper working condition. The rental includes the TV unit and standard accessories such as power cable and remote control. Additional items such as stands, mounts, cables, or media players may be provided depending on the order.
2. Rental Period The rental period starts from the time of delivery or installation and ends at the agreed collection time. If the equipment is required for a longer period, the customer must inform us in advance. Rental extensions are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
3. Delivery and Installation Delivery and installation services are available across the UAE. Customers must ensure that: • The delivery location is accessible • A suitable space is prepared for installation • Power supply is available at the installation point Our team will install the equipment and ensure it is functioning properly before leaving the site.
4. Customer Responsibility Once the equipment is delivered and installed, the customer is responsible for its safety until it is collected by our team. The customer must ensure that the equipment is not: • Mishandled • Exposed to liquids or extreme heat • Moved without assistance • Used with incompatible devices or power sources If equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen during the rental period, the customer may be responsible for repair or replacement costs at market price.
5. Equipment Condition All rental equipment is tested before delivery. Customers are requested to check the equipment at the time of installation and report any issue immediately. Any damage occurring during the rental period that is not reported at the time of delivery may be considered the responsibility of the customer.
6. Security Deposit In some cases, a refundable security deposit may be required depending on the value of the equipment and rental duration. The deposit will be refunded after the equipment is returned and inspected, provided that the equipment is returned in the same condition and all accessories are included.
7. Cancellation Policy Orders cancelled before dispatch may be cancelled without charge. If the order is cancelled after delivery has been scheduled or the equipment has already been dispatched, delivery or service charges may apply.
8. Collection of Equipment At the end of the rental period, our team will collect the equipment from the agreed location. Customers must ensure that all rented items and accessories are ready for collection at the scheduled time. Missing items such as remote controls, cables, stands, or mounts may result in additional charges.
9. Technical Support If any technical issue occurs during the rental period, customers should contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to assist or replace the equipment depending on availability.
10. Limitation of Liability While we ensure that all equipment is tested and functioning properly, we are not responsible for any indirect losses such as event interruption, business loss, or content compatibility issues. Customers are responsible for ensuring their devices, laptops, or media sources are compatible with the TV.
11. Force Majeure We shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control, including traffic delays, weather conditions, or government restrictions.
12. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the rental service will fall under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
